This role focuses on creating customized travel itineraries, coordinating travel arrangements and supporting customers throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Design customized travel itineraries for local and international clients.
- Coordinate hotel reservations, transportation, tours, and activities.
- Communicate effectively with hotels, travel partners, and tour operators.
- Provide expert travel recommendations and excellent customer service.
- Manage bookings, travel documentation, and client records.
- Ensure seamless travel experiences for customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome: no experience is required; we hire for attitude and train for skill.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to solve problems and work under deadlines.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems is an added advantage.
